The URA web site is officially up. The actual contest content (i.e. categories and nomination pages) will only go up on January first, but you can get a good drasp of the rules and start linking to the site this way.

i like the colors you chose.  Easy on the eyes of us late night insomniacs who are viewing it at 2am.  glad your taking care of them this year JC. I was afraid that when Gina kina poofed that the URAs would poof too.
