heya JC, any idea on the deadlines.. like what can be included in the URAs...
im guessing anything completed by Dec31st?

Deadlines... I hadn't even thought of that. December 31 sounds good, though I guess anything produced up until the end of the nomination period (January 31st) could be acceptable, too.
